Psalms 138:7

I just read Psalms 138 and was led to blog about it so here goes.

Psalm 138 (English Standard Version)

7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life; you stretch out your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and your right hand delivers me. 8 The LORD will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, O LORD, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of your hands.

Here's the Bible teaching it told me.

 7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life; you stretch out your hand against the wrath of my enemies, and your right hand delivers me.

No matter what happens and the problems you face, God will preserve your life and protect you against your enemies. He will also deliver you as well.

8 The LORD will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, O LORD, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of your hands.

The Lord will fulfill his purpose for you. His love is steadfast and endures forever. And don't forsake the work of your hands.

Short version. God loves you and his love is steadfast. No matter what problems you face, he will preserve your life and protect you from your enemies and deliver you.

Pretty neat huh?
